A Day in the Life of a Hammond Heating & Air Conditioning Employee
On a typical day, I rise early in the morning, geared up to work for one of the topmost establishments in the HVAC industry, Hammond Heating & Air Conditioning. The company is not just any other Air Conditioning Service, it is a family committed to ensuring comfort for all its clients.
A Day of Service
The first task of my day involves checking my schedule and preparing for the day’s on-site visits. Being a part of Hammond’s talented troop doesn’t just mean dealing with a regular A/C install. We are the touchpoint for our clients’ comfort and safety. Every time we get a service call, we know we have the chance to improve someone’s day, and that’s a responsibility we carry proudly.
After ensuring every tool is in place, I wave goodbye to my family, ensuring them as I do every day that we, at Hammond, take safety measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 seriously. We can’t ensure other’s comfort if we aren’t taking care of our own.
On the Job
Fueled by a grab-and-go breakfast and the morning briefing, every service call is an opportunity for our team to exhibit excellent skills and amiable customer service. Whether it’s a routine maintenance check or an intricate A/C install, we take pride in maintaining the supreme quality of our services at every job.
Late in the afternoon, after satisfying numerous customers’ needs, we find the time to enjoy a communal meal as a team. This period serves as a moment of respite and bonding among us, proving that Hammond is more than a corporation; it’s a community of dedicated workers.
The Reward of a Job Well Done
Heading home under the evening sky, we relish the fulfillment that comes from rendering our service. The fact that countless families and businesses will be able to enjoy comfortable, well-regulated climates within their spaces due to our efforts is rewarding.
