Then there was the time a customer in North Port called us, complaining that their house had turned into an igloo. Apparently, their thermostat had a meltdown (ironically) and decided that 32°F was the perfect indoor temperature. We arrived to find the family huddled together, wrapped in blankets, and contemplating starting a penguin farm.
Our technician, armed with a hair dryer and a sense of humor, managed to defrost both the house and the family’s spirits. We’re still waiting for an invitation to their first penguin rodeo.

Upon arrival, we found their couch had indeed developed a rather clingy personality, refusing to let go of anyone who sat on it.
